Shipping & Returns
Atticus Finch Clothing offers FREE Shipping for all purchases within Australia.
Items are sent by Australia Post & tracking numbers will be recorded. Atticus Finch Clothing delivers via Australia Post as we believe this is the most reliable & quickest delivery available from the date your parcel is sent.
Orders will be dispatched on Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays. Atticus Finch Clothing endeavours to have your order processed and posted within 24 hours after date of purchase.
If your order is placed on the weekend (after 2pm on a Saturday), it will be dispatched on the Monday. All orders are dispatched from our Head office in Victoria, therefore if we receive your order on a Victorian Public Holiday, it will not be processed until the following day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available at Atticus Finch Clothing for a flat rate of $35.
International standard shipping is provided by Australia Post in conjunction with your country's national postal service (USPS, NZ Post, Canada Post etc), with delivery times dependent on location.
EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 30 day returns policy for items, in which you are able to exchange for another size or get a store credit for your unwanted item; provided the item is not worn, altered or washed and has the swing tags still attached. Due to popular demand of our garments Atticus Finch Clothing cannot always guarantee that another size will be available once returned, therefore we will process an Online Credit Note/Voucher. Your Online Credit Note will be sent to you via email.
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and before packing & dispatching your items we carefully inspect & pack your item/s ensuring they are delivered to you in perfect condition.
Atticus Finch Clothing reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable.
Please note we do not refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act and the item is recognised as faulty by the manufacturer. All returns postage costs will need to be paid for by the customer.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer exchange on pierced jewellery, underwear, undergarments or swimwear, unless the goods are deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer.
Please note Online Credit Notes are Valid for 12 Calendar Months. Online Credit Notes can be redeemed via online or at Atticus Finch Clothing store. We are unable to offer a refund. We suggest our customers send returns via registered post or Express Post & items must be received by us within 30 days after item was delivered with all the accompanying requirements stated above.
